The Mount Crosby Pumping Station is on the Brisbane River, Queensland, and the facility supplies water to Brisbane and nearby cities and towns within the SEQ Water Grid.
It was identified that risks associated with access around the facility needed to be addressed. Upgrades were required to ensure steel platforms, walkways and ladders better complied with Australian safety standards.
Holovision was engaged to create a point cloud digital twin of the full facility for the design and planning phase, and then our design team used it to accurately steel detail the proposed upgrades.
